

Oppo has launched its flagship smartphone, called the Find X at an official event in Paris along with Find X Lamborghini special edition. The Find X smartphone will be the successor to the Find 7 which was launched back in 2014. The Chinese mobile manufacturer has started sending invitations for an event in Delhi, India which is scheduled to be held on July 12. Oppo doesn’t reveal any official confirmation about what product will be launched on the auspicious day. From the official invitation which has a tagline that reads, “Find what you have been looking for until now”, there is a clear indication that the Find X smartphone is expected to be launched at the event. Frequent teasers from Oppo’s official Weibo account and India’s Twitter account have hinted at the arrival of the smartphone in India.
As far as the specifications of the Oppo Find X are concerned, the Chinese smartphone may come with a 6.4-inch full HD+ OLED display, a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 SoC, an Adreno 630 GPU, 5x zoomless capabilities, a 3,730mAh battery with Super VOOC charging capabilities, 8GB of RAM, and two storage variants 128GB/256GB. Oppo’s Find X smartphone will run Color OS 5.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo out of the box.


The best selling point of Oppo’s flagship smartphone is its bezel-less design with a screen to body ratio of 93.8 percent. For camera details, a dual rear camera setup with 20-megapixel and 16-megapixel sensors and a 25-megapixel camera on the front. Oppo has added an Apple iPhone X-like Face Unlock feature to the Find X instead of fingerprint sensor.
For Indian markets, the special Oppo Find X Lamborgini special edition is hardly possible to be available. There’s a high expectation that the official price info of the Oppo Find X will be revealed on the launched date, July 12. We will have to wait till then and see if any of these reports come up in the event.
